I am best known for Cesarean Birth (C-section) rehabilitation through online group programs and 1:1 therapy.
I am an athlete, mama, and Perinatal Therapist who believes that confidence and strength in your body – before and after childbirth - is a RIGHT, not a privilege.
My focus is to help women prepare for and actively recover from pregnancy and cesarean childbirth, and to help them return to the activities they love (sports and competition) as quickly and safely as possible.
