The C-Section Shelf 10-Day Challenge

A 15-minute daily routine for mamas 1 year postpartum and beyond.

"Is it too late for me?"

Shelf. Overhang. Mummy pouch. Apron. Mummy tummy. Whatever you call it — it is not too late to make a change whether 1 year out, or 3, or 30.

1. You've been doing Scar Massage, not Fascial massage.

1 year postpartum and beyond, scar massage doesn't do much. That tissue has set. Your body needs fascial massage — work that changes the connective tissue - superficial, deep, and along/around your entire body.

2. You massaged, but you didn't MOVE.

Massage alone isn’t permanent. To hold the change, your body needs movement immediately after. Ideally these movements will challenge both core control AND core strength.

3. You did it once a week, not DAILY.

This may be hard to hear - but once a week isn't enough. For results and permanent change, your body needs this work almost every day. It’s no different than training for a major sporting event.

Why the things you've tried so far haven't worked

These three components make up the C-Birth Method — distilled from 20 years of working with thousands of C-section mamas. It isn't in any textbook. I looked for two decades and couldn't find it, so I built it. It works.

Click and follow the same 15-minute routine, once a day. One massage. Four exercises. That's it.

What mamas are saying about the 10-Day C-section Shelf Challenge:

This is for you if:

You are 1 year postpartum or more.

OR you are 6 months postpartum or more, AND have completed Janette's “Stage 2: C-section Scar Massage & Exercise” program.

You can give 15 minutes a day for 10 days.

This is NOT for you if:

You want weight loss or general fitness. This is rehabilitation, not a workout program.

You are 0–6 weeks postpartum → start with [“Stage 1: Prep & Early C-section Recovery” here]

You are 6 weeks–6 months postpartum and haven't done much focussed rehab → start with [“Stage 2: C-section Scar Massage & Exercise” here].

Is this C-section Recovery Challenge for YOU?

You want ongoing live community and monthly routines → that's [“Stage 3: C-section Solutions” here]

You want 1:1 work with Janette → that's the [Concierge program here]

I'm in — just $27 CAD

You  want this program to COMPLETELY get rid of your C-Section Shelf. I cannot promise that.

You read the words from women just like you. THIS is how they got there.

Less than a coffee and a lunch out.

I can't promise you a flat stomach. I can't promise to get rid of your C-section shelf. What I can offer is a 10-day, 15-minute-a-day routine — built on the C-Birth Method — that has helped thousands of mamas feel real change.

1 in 5 women in this challenge are healthcare or fitness professionals themselves — doctors, nurses, pelvic floor physios, personal trainers, manual therapists. They trust this work for their own recovery. So can you.

C-section Shelf Challenge FAQ’s

This “10-Day Challenge” is self-paced with one 15-minute routine — a real start in 10 days. “Stage 3” is an ongoing membership: live classes with Janette, private community, new routines and videos uploaded every month. The “Challenge” is a visit. “Stage 3” is your home.

01. What's the difference between this and the “Stage 3: C-section Solutions” program?

No. Women in this challenge range from 1 to 19 years+ postpartum. The C-section shelf is fascial restriction, and fascia responds to the right work no matter how much time has passed.

02. Is it too late if I'm 5, 10, or 20 years postpartum?

In the absence of major medical complications, yes. The work adapts to every body — keloid, vertical, multiple incisions, every size. Unsure? Message me before you buy.

03. Will this C-section program work for my body or scar type?

Yes. Life happens. This challenge is the smallest possible re-entry — one short routine, no catch-up. Press play when you're ready.

04. I bought an earlier program and didn't finish. Can I come back?

No. The challenge is solo and self-paced. Live access and community live inside the “Stage 3” program.

05. Do I get access to Janette and her team during the challenge?

No. This is a rehabilitation program — which is why we've kept it at just $27 CAD, to make saying yes to yourself as low-risk as possible.

06. Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Just add a day. Miss two, add two. Perfection isn't the point — consistency is. The real goal is the habit of putting yourself first, and protecting 15 minutes for your own recovery.

07. Will I still see results if I miss a day?
